Maracas Studio is excited to announce that Fish Stick Protocol is part of Steam Next Fest, which has officially started on Steam. Players can download and play the free demo right now, getting an early taste of the game's chaotic co-op action ahead of its full release on November 5, 2025.

To mark the occasion, players will find a special code displayed on the demo's launch screen. Entering this code will unlock a set of exclusive cosmetic items that are only available during Steam Next Fest.



Streamers can also join the fun with a personalized reward. By entering a code in the format twitch:[username], creators can unlock a unique cosmetic item featuring their Twitch profile picture directly in the in-game shop.

The Fish Stick Protocol demo is available in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Brazilian Portuguese, and Polish, allowing players worldwide to jump in and explore the experience.

Fish Stick Protocol is a chaotic co-op extraction experience for one to eight players, combining absurd humor, strategic teamwork, and physics-driven problem-solving across surreal, dimension-hopping worlds.

Players must work together to explore procedurally generated environments filled with unpredictable hazards, recover bizarre relics, and return them to a shared, upgradeable manor base. With no permadeath and no horror elements, the game focuses on creative teamwork, improvisation, and pure fun.
