Xigmatek Loki SD963

Christopher Fredriksson

The Loki SD963, from Xigmatek, was on the testbench today. Like it's siblings the Loki can use two fans for increased performance. It also is smaller and should fit pretty much any motherboard on the market, as long as the socket is supported.

Using three heatpipes, neatly connected through the base of the cooler makes sure the heat is transferred properly up through the heatsink. Thanks to it's smaller size it was very easy to install the Loki.

While the straps for the fans are great on all three Xigmatek fans we've tested, I like the ones for Loki the most. I believe they are the easiest ones to install.

The Loki only costs around 17 Euro and you can find it for example over at Caseking.de

I would like to thank Caseking.de for providing us with a review sample and also give thanks to Xigmatek for an outstanding product.
